Chicken breast tossed with walnuts, grapes, mayo and special seasoned sauce. Wonderful on croissants or greens. $9.95 / pound

Chicken Piccata
Lightly breaded chicken breasts sauted in a lemon butter sauce with capers. Served with a side of sauce. Warm and serve with pasta. Chicken Cordon Bleu was my favorite dish, but this one just knocked it off from the #1 spot.

Chicken Cordon Bleu
Chicken breasts stuffed with ham and cheese, coated with bread crumbs and baked to a golden brown. (The Fat Lady's favorite!)
