Whole Grain

Hard Red Winter Wheat

Hard Red Winter Wheat has a nutty flavor and is high in protein. As the world's
largest cereal grass crop, it is considered the staff of life.

Spelt

This ancient cereal grain has a mellow nutty flavor. Spelt is easily digestible
with a higher protein content than wheat and can be tolerated by those with wheat allergies.

Kamut

Kamut is an ancient Egyptian grain brought to the United States in the 1940's.
This grain, grown only in Montana, has a delicious buttery flavor and a higher nutritional value
than the other grains. It is also an alternative grain for those with wheat allergies.
Kamut has never been  crossbred. It does not hold together as well as wheat or spelt.

Storing

Whole Grain Breads  will stay fresh at room temperature for several days, gradually losing moisture.
To maintain optimum freshness and longer life store in freezer. For convenience slice prior to freezing
. Do not store in refrigerator, as this will cause the bread to lose moisture more rapidly.

Water

Clean, pure, and filtered water is used.

Oil

Only oil with no trans fat is used such as olive oil and soy bean oil.

Honey

Raw unprocessed honey is used to sweeten candy and bread products.

Salt
